Logorama | The Movie

Logorama is,a award Oscar-winning, short animated movie produced by H5, a french animation company.
It portraits the city of Los Angeles invaded with over 2,500 different logos of famous brands. The story is captivating but moreover the overcrowding of the various brands reflects a very real phenomenon in our society. Depending on the understanding of branding of the person who watches the movie you would probably get very different reactions to this masterpiece.

Personally, I’ve never really cared who won the animated short movie at the Oscars but …this movie isn’t just a beautiful «artsy» graphical design experiment, it has an actual plot.
The movie producer doesn’t actually have the rights for the use of all these brands.

A fun experiment could be trying to recognize as many brands as possible. The lesson is… No matter what, earth always wins.
